| Abstract | At this international conference participants from England and France had the opportunity to examine each other's educational systems, consider common problems, and see whether they could learn from each other. This report consists of the background documents on which conference discussion was based. The papers fall into two areas--an overview of the two educational systems, one highly decentralized and one highly centralized, and a study of the teaching of educational administration in each country.
