Abstract | Nicht nur Lactose und Maltose, sondern auch andere 1,4-verknüpfte Disaccharide und sogar geschützte Glucosen ergeben mit der Wöhlk-Probe und dem Fearon-Test einen roten Farbstoff, zu dessen Formel es nun begründete Hypothesen gibt. Not only lactose and maltose, but also other 1,4-linked disaccharides and even protected glucose result in a red dye with the Woehlk sample and Fearon's test. There are now well-founded hypotheses about the formula for the red dye. |
